ServHub Cancellation Policy
At Payoneer Nigeria, we strive to maintain a fair balance between the flexibility our customers need and the reliability our service professionals depend on. This policy ensures that service providers are compensated for their time and commitment while providing clear guidelines for users.
1. How to Cancel
Cancellations must be made directly through the ServHub App or Website via the "My Bookings" section. A cancellation is only considered valid once it is processed through the platform.
2. Cancellation Fees (Customer-Initiated)
Fees are calculated based on how much notice is given before the scheduled start time:

More than 24 Hours Notice: * Full Refund: No cancellation fee applies. 100% of the booking amount will be returned to your original payment method.

Between 2 and 24 Hours Notice:

Partial Refund: A 20% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to compensate the professional for the lost slot.

Less than 2 Hours Notice:

Partial Refund: A 50% cancellation fee will be deducted. Late cancellations make it difficult for professionals to find replacement work.

After Professional Arrival / No-Show:

No Refund: If the professional has already arrived at the location or if you are not present at the scheduled time, the full service fee will be charged.

3. Professional-Initiated Cancellations
If a service professional cancels your booking for any reason:

100% Refund: You will receive a full refund immediately, including any processing fees.

Priority Rebooking: Our support team will assist you in finding another available professional as quickly as possible.
4. Rescheduling

You may reschedule a booking for free if done more than 24 hours in advance.

Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be treated as a cancellation and subject to the fees listed above, at the discretion of the service provider.
5. Emergency Situations
We understand that emergencies happen. If you must cancel due to an extreme unforeseen circumstance, please contact our support team at PayoneerNigeria@gmail.com with relevant documentation. We review these cases individually and may waive fees at our discretion.
