At Servhub, we are committed to providing a reliable and fair marketplace for both our customers and service professionals. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are processed for services booked through the ServHub platform.
We understand that plans change. To be fair to our professionals who block out time for your requests, the following refund schedule applies to customer-initiated cancellations:
24 hours or more before the appointment: 100% Refund.
2 – 24 hours before the appointment: 80% Refund (20% cancellation fee applies).
Less than 2 hours before the appointment: 50% Refund (50% cancellation fee applies).
No-Show / Cancellation after the professional arrives: No Refund.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If a service is not performed to the agreed standard, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund:
Eligibility: Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the service completion.
Criteria: Refunds are considered if the service was materially different from the description, incomplete, or if the professional failed to show up.
Evidence: We may request photos or a description of the issue to help us resolve the dispute fairly.
If a service provider cancels your booking:
You will receive a 100% full refund immediately.
Our team will prioritize finding you an alternative professional to ensure your needs are still met.
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
In-App: Navigate to "My Bookings," select the specific job, and tap "Request Refund."
Email: Contact us at blackgmultiservices@gmx.com with your Booking ID and a brief explanation of the request.
Approval: Once a refund is requested, our team will review it within 2 business days.
Payout: Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
Note: Any third-party transaction fees (e.g., bank charges or card processing fees) are non-refundable. Payoneer Nigeria reserves the right to modify this policy at any time to better serve our community.
