ServHub Terms and Conditions
Welcome to ServHub. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ServHub website and mobile applications (the “Platform”), owned and operated by Payoneer Nigeria.
By using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. The ServHub Marketplace
ServHub is a technology platform that connects independent service providers (“Pros”) with customers seeking services. BLACK G MULTISERVICES does not provide the services itself; we facilitate the connection, booking, and payment process.
2. User Accounts

Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform.
3. Use of Services

Accuracy: Customers must provide clear descriptions and locations for service requests.

Conduct: Users agree to treat Pros with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or illegal conduct will result in immediate account termination.

Direct Booking Prohibited: To protect the integrity of our marketplace, users and Pros are prohibited from bypassing the Platform to book or pay for services "offline."
4. Payments and Fees

Pricing: Prices are provided upfront or via quote through the app.

Payments: All payments must be made through the ServHub secure payment gateway.

Taxes: Users are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with their transactions.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
All bookings are subject to the ServHub Refund & Cancellation Policy. Cancellations made within specific timeframes may incur fees to compensate the service professional for their time.
6. Limitation of Liability

Service Quality: While we vet all Pros, Payoneer Nigeria is not liable for the performance, conduct, or quality of work provided by independent contractors.

Indirect Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, ServHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Payoneer Nigeria and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
